VxCloud Enterprise IP-PBX in Combination with the Sonus VoIP Session Border Controller (SBC) creates a unique solutions that allows VxCloud to present the client with multiple PSTN and SIP trunks from the VxCloud Enterprise IP-PBX. The Enterprise IP-PBX is then deployed as the call controller with the SBC doing the transcoding to the O365 Skype for Business Cloud Connector Edition for local South Africa PSTN integration.

The VxCloud call recording and compliance tool is designed for enterprise customers that need auditing, logging and detailed call recording. VoIP and Cloud services providers have always split the data and voice networks but the VxCloud SD-WAN solution combines the networks and bandwidth, then adds networking services such as LTE, ADSL, Fibre and other Broadband internet networking services to create a superior Cloud IP-PBX solution.
VxCloud includes a detailed assessments and high level design as part of the on boarding service. The following processes are provided to clients for the transition to Cloud IP-PBX.

  • Customer completes a site survey questionnaire and internet speed test
  • Perform the assessment and high level design
  • Quote provided and signed by customer
  • Customer provides a list of extensions, names, emails and auto-attendant script
  • Customer signs Letter of Agency to port numbers (can occur after install as well)
  • VxCloud deploys and customizes the Cloud IP-PBX to meet customer’s requirements.
  • Phones are deployed and if required VxCloud will test and configure the clients cabling and internal network
  • VxCloud will configure the routers and or SD-WAN to cater for the client requirements.
  • Phone install time is scheduled with tech support

The client can also benefit from this service by using the VxCloud software phone that can be deployed on iPhones and Android mobile devices. This allows clients to do free Cloud IP-PBX internal company calls at cheaper rates when calling from the softphone to other service providers.
Current 087 and some 086 numbers cannot be ported to VxCloud; however the Cloud IP-PBX from VxCloud includes a VoIP switch that allows us to use the client’s 087 number on the current Cloud IP-PBX. The VoIP traffic is then routed from VxCloud back to the current service provider for inbound calling. 086 numbers are usually forwarded to VxCloud numbers. The rest of the geographical numbers such as 011, 012, 021, etc can be ported to VxCloud.
VxCloud offers a 30 day test period for clients on the Cloud IP-PBX service. We have one of the fasted deployment time frames with the SD-WAN solution supporting VoIP network. VxCloud will also perform onsite LTE testing to deploy the best LTE link to support the VoIP deployment.

VxCloud will outline the possible pitfalls and issues that need to be resolved to improve the Cloud hosted IP-PBX service such as networking, POE switches, Bandwidth, Client Expectation and Finalization.
VxCloud as an SD-WAN service provider now includes VoIP call quality as a networking module. Our SD-WAN service also includes integrated traffic switching technology at a packet level to make sure the client experience is improved by up to 30%.
