Not all SD-WAN solutions are created equal. VxCloud Service Provider SD-WAN uses South African hosted Cloud Gateways that are strategically located in conjunction with Edge CPE’s (Client Premises Equipment), to deliver diverse networking connections to major cloud platforms and application providers. The SD-WAN service is focused on direct internet connectivity at South African hosted IP peering points. VxCloud SD-WAN provides Cloud VPN, security and augmented broadband networks that is cost effective, easy to setup and administer. We also integrate into your existing internet and MPLS infrastructures. We do Cloud Networking to perfection.
VxCloud Azure Networking connectivity is provided as part of the South African Cloud hosted networking solution. We designed our Azure Cloud networking solutions to work in conjunction with our SD-WAN solution, thus providing integration into our hosted Cloud Gateways. VxCloud will provide expertise to create Azure networking isolation, internet connectivity, Azure resource connectivity, Azure VNet design, on premises SD-WAN gateway connectivity and traffic filtering and routing. VxCloud is focused on providing Cloud Networking services that is both multi-tenant aware and cost effective.
VxCloud provides resources and expertise to assist clients with AWS Virtual Private and Public Cloud networking designs. VxCloud SD-WAN cloud networking services are integrated into AWS using VPN gateway services. We will assist clients in deciding on the best networking architectures for both cloud and on premises AWS networking connectivity requirements. Our AWS SD-WAN connected solutions are easy to support and use multiple internet peering points to connect clients on-premises infrastructures with public cloud services.
With Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Lync Online, users get all the benefits of accessing their email, calendar, company resources, and communication tools without the need of an extensive infrastructure or a big IT department. Once subscribed, an internet connection is all that is required to gain access to the above mentioned services from all over the world. Our cloud networking solutions provide route intelligence and bandwidth optimization to support O365 connectivity for central and remote branch office support. Our O365 Cloud Network design is based on local internet peering in order to achieve faster O365 international connectivity. This enables clients to utilise normal broadband services to achieve the required O365 Quality of Experience.
Enterprises and Service Providers
Onsite SD-WAN – Ready to Use Solutions for Enterprises and Services Providers
VxCloud view SD-WAN as a critical and necessary component for Digital Transformation. The ability to access private and public cloud networking services with sufficient cost effective bandwidth to improve productivity and efficiency in the modern workplace.
SD-WAN Service Providers
For Service Providers, SD-WAN represents an opportunity for creating new services, accelerating time-to-revenue and increase service agility. SD-WAN Cloud VPN, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Improved Bandwidth Performance, Traffic Routing, and Application Visibility are some of the new features.
Enterprises Large and Small
SD-WAN represents opportunities to lower cloud connectivity costs, while also optimizing WAN traffic patterns and usage. The ability to easy manage Cloud Based VPN services and remove the complexity of managing remote branch offices with Zero Touch solution remediation.
SD-WAN Add On Services
Add on Managed Services as you grow including access to Cloud Based services such as Azure, O365, Cloud Unified Communication and Networking-a-a-Service. VxCloud provide multiple SD-WAN add on products such as SOC-as-a-Services, Hybrid Cloud Networking and Monitoring.
At the heart of the SD-WAN solution is validated pre-tested SD-WAN software stack and supporting hardware. VxCloud provide Dell Servers and Appliances as the preferred gateways. The SD-WAN onsite services is supported by a leading SD-WAN service provider including updates and support.
SD-WAN Ready to Use
Services providers and clients can use ready-made packaged solutions that includes hardware, software and support. Advanced training is provided by VxCloud and clients will have direct access to support resources and deployment blue to support O365 and Azure integration.
Communication service providers of all sizes can now create competitive advantages by adding massive revenue stream for cloud computing. Cloud and digital transformation requires a cloud based network that provides in-depth packet analysis, monitoring and security.
VxCloud skilled consultants and support resources have been testing and integrating the SD-WAN service into the South African Internet, LTE, WAN and MPLS networking market. Specialised resources will assist clients and resellers with architecture design and integration requirements.
Bring Your Own Network
Clients and Services providers that have already invested in networking and broadband infrastructure can use SD-WAN overlay as a new networking service. Services include SD-WAN over LTE, Unified Communication, High Availability and Hybrid Networking.
SD-WAN over LTE
VxCloud have tested the Managed SD-WAN service on the South African LTE landscape (Vodacom, Telkom, RAIN, Cell C and MTN) for the past year and we have created a unique set of routing solutions and support procedures to compliment the VxCloud SD-WAN over LTE managed service.
Frequently Asked Questions
How would we go about deploying an SD-WAN solution? Do I have to rip & replace everything, or can it integrate with existing networks?
Onsite SD-WAN architecture is the ability to coexist with the installed network, as well as a phased deployed approach. SD-WAN Onsite can include distributed gateways offered that will further enables incremental integration into existing networks. Onsite data centres can be connected without installing nor replacing any equipment, creating secure tunnels from existing routers to the cloud network.
Does it supplement or replace my WAN or Internet edge router?
SD-WAN Edge CPE can coexist with or replace the branch edge router. SD-WAN Onsite can solely use an existing router or supplement with an on-premise Edge typically deployed off path.
Do the SD-WAN Edges interact with the underlay routing system with BGP or OSPF or are they placed inline?
SD-WAN Edges can be placed inline, for example at small branch sites, to directly receive traffic and forward via various tunnels depending on business policies as well as application performance objectives. Edges may also be deployed off-path, using routing protocols (e.g. OSPF) to interact with the underlay routing system to attract selected traffic.
What are the hardware and VM requirements & options?
SD-WAN Onsite offers both hardware and virtual appliances for branch office and Data Centre deployments. Hardware appliances are optimized for zero touch deployment and multi-WAN connectivity. SD-WAN Onsite data centre deployments is also provided as on premise hardware and virtual appliances, connectivity is available via secure tunnels from existing third party routers to SD-WAN Onsite gateways.
SD-WAN Onsite includes the cloud orchestrator. Can the SD-WAN Orchestrator run in my own DC, or is it always managed by the VxCloud?
SD-WAN Orchestrator is available as a service only and the reason is stability and support providing high availability and security.
Where can I get more information on SD-WAN Onsite Designs and Proposals?
How granularly can clients identify applications, considering progressively more applications are encrypted as they traverse the wire?
SD-WAN Onsite deep application recognition identifies applications and sub-applications via protocol data signatures, pattern matching, session negotiation correlation and certificate identification, even for encrypted application flows without requiring decryption.
