Every server comes with bandwidth on a per server module. The amount of bandwidth is denoted in the product description area for the server hosting packages. Additional bandwidth is available for purchase through your order process selection, or you can email admin@vxcloud.co.za for a customised quote.
You may perform system administration through SSH access on Linux servers or RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) for Microsoft servers. We also offer DRAC (Dell Remote Access Cards), otherwise known as KVM over IP management, to allow you to directly connect to your server in the event you cannot connect through standard protocols. DRAC cards are not included as part of the server package and are supplied on request from the client.
VxCloud does provide DNS management including the management of allocated IP addresses.
The client can phone 087-815-1000 to log a call. Select the option for support and a technician will provide the required assistance.
VxCloud SD-WAN can be integrated with the hosted servers and is ideal for hosting applications with remote branch office Cloud and Private server access. SD-WAN can provide uptime and Cloud VPN functionality over LTE, ADSL and other internet access points. No public IP addressing is required in the remote branch offices.
VxCloud consultants will perform and online Q&A session with the client to establish the required server hosting solutions. Power, space and networking capacity are an important part of making sure clients have the required services from VxCloud.
