VxCloud Onsite IP-PBX is licensed on a per users basis. However clients can be provided with a fully deployed onsite IP-PBX including Enterprise customer features. All licensing provided is based on an OPEX model so that clients do not to have to manage any hardware or licensing as part of the IP-PBX solution. Our OPEX model also includes IP Phones, SD-WAN routers and software.

VxCloud includes a detailed assessments and high level design as part of the on boarding service. The following processes are provided to clients for the transition to Unified Communications:

  • Customer completes a site survey questionnaire and internet speed test
  • Perform the assessment and high level design
  • Quote provided and signed by customer
  • Customer provides a list of extensions, names, emails and auto-attendant script
  • Create a Detailed customer Unified Communication solution architecture
  • Create a detailed work breakdown structure including the hardware, software, development, integration, user change control, training, support and networking
  • Customer signs Letter of Agency to port numbers (can occur after install as well)
  • VxCloud deploys and customizes the UC solution to meet customer requirements

VxCloud Unified Communication solutions are designed specifically for each user. The aim is to create Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) this allows all components of the service to be based on an OPEX model.

Even the Cloud networking solution SD-WAN includes features to support VoIP Quality of Experience and is provided as an OPEX model.
The VxCloud UCaaS solution is supported by the SD-WAN solution with all traffic being routed through a secure VPN and encrypted with security compliance.
VxCloud offers a 30 day test period for clients on the UCaaS service. We have one of the fasted deployment time frames with the SD-WAN solution supporting VoIP network. VxCloud will also perform onsite LTE testing to deploy the best LTE link to support the VoIP deployment.
