The VxCloud Skype for Business solution is based on the O365 Cloud PBX offering. PSTN calling using local telephony providers is achieved using the Skype for Business Cloud Connector Edition (CCE) solution. CCE is a set of packaged virtual machines for deployment on-premises which connect a customer's existing Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) service provider circuits with Skype for Business Cloud PBX operating in Office 365. We deliver the Cloud PBX service using the VxCloud SD-WAN solution. Our Cloud SD-WAN solution supports Skype for Business using LTE, Broadband, FTTH, Fibre and other “bring your own network” connections such as internet and MPLS networks.
The VxCloud IP-PBX solutions support a wide range of PSTN and VoIP technologies. Hot Desking, Call Screening, ACD Queues, IVR Auto Attendants, Conference Bridges, CRM Integration, Least Cost Routing and National/Global voice networks, are all deployable as a single unit for leveraging a redundant network. The IP-PBX includes PSTN integration with PRI, BRI and analogue connectivity. The IP-PBX solution also includes a soft-phone with Instant Messaging (IM) and Unified Communication features. VxCloud will manage VoIP services including logging of calls for voice issues and resolving escalations to service providers such as Telkom, Vodacom, Cell C and MTN.
