VxCloud – Unified Communication

VxCloud Unified Communication solution is based on a number of communication services provided to clients as part of the solution. The following services are included as part of the VxCloud Unified Communication Solutions:

VxCloud Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) includes video conferencing, collaboration tools, email, file sharing, instant messaging and CRM integration.

The UCaaS as outlined above is a combination of services that is provided to clients as an Opex hosted model. Most of the services are provided as multi-tenant solutions and provides client with isolated secure access.

VxCloud Skype for Business Cloud IP-PBX

VxCloud has created and tested a unique O365 Skype for business unified communication solution. The focus is on PSTN integration using trusted Open Source PSTN Voice Switches, integration with the Sonus Voice Gateways and the Microsoft Cloud Connector Edition. (Local South African PSTN Cloud O365 PBX Integration).

VxCloud includes the SD-WAN as a Services with Skype Cloud PBX to create a consolidated voice service for end to end hosted cloud PBX solutions. VxCloud Skype for Business Cloud IP-PBX also included monitoring, desktop phones (Polycom and Yealink), O365 configuration, Voice Recording, QoS and Billing.

VxCloud UCaaS Support and Monitoring

VxCloud end users support, training and VoIP services are available to customers to assist with designs, deployment and migration to a Unified Communication solution. Training includes the user device experience and the ability to work with the user devices as part of the unified communication solutions.

VxCloud provides end to end users experience monitoring including voice quality and the ability the look inside the SD-WAN at unified communication traffic. The ability to augment links as part of the SD-WAN and traffic optimization improves the client unified communication solutions.
